The selection of the handpiece attachment is simply a function of the area to be treated. The Small handpiece is used for treating small areas, small limbs, etc..
When interchanging the therapeutic handpieces, first make sure to remove the blue fiber tip cap at the end of the handpiece stem. Then select which handpiece you would like use and slide it on and fasten it to the base. You may then adjust your setting accordingly. Follow these same steps when interchanging any handpiece.
